Ingredients
6cups24 oz whole cranberries
16ozfresh strawberries
2cupspacked brown sugar
1 ½tspground cinnamon
1tspground nutmeg
½tspground cloves
¼tspground ginger
Instructions
Place cranberries, strawberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger into the slow cooker and stir well.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours without lifting the lid.
Blend until jam-like, either in a blender or using an immersion blender directly in the pot.
Let cool to room temperature so it thickens naturally. Transfer to jars or airtight containers and refrigerate once cooled.
