For the Cajun Salmon
26-ounce salmon fillets, skin on or off
2tablespoonsCajun seasoning
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsmoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Avocado Lime Crema
2ripe avocados
¼cupsour cream or Greek yogurt
¼cupfresh lime juice about 2 limes
2tablespoonschopped cilantro
1clovegarlic minced
¼teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspooncayenne pepper optional
2–3 tablespoons water to thin

Cooked white brown, or cauliflower rice

Instructions
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels for better sear and seasoning adhesion.
Mix Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper into a paste. Rub evenly over salmon.
Marinate in the fridge for 15–30 minutes for deeper flavor (optional).
Heat a skillet over medium-high with oil until shimmering.
Sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes without moving.
Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until it flakes and reaches 145°F.
Blend avocados, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, cayenne, and water until smooth and creamy.
Serve salmon over rice or in tortillas with crema and toppings like corn, beans, tomatoes, or lettuce.
