1sheet puff pastrythawed
4ozbrie cheesecut into 12 cubes
½cupcranberry saucestore-bought or homemade
2tbspcandied pecanschopped (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnishoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cut it into 12 squares, and press each into the muffin cups.
Add a cube of brie to each, top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with candied pecans if you’d like some crunch.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly, then let cool for 5 minutes.
