6large flour tortillas or flatbreads
1cuppizza saucestore-bought or homemade
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
½cupmini pepperoni or cooked Italian sausage
½cupsliced black olivesoptional
½cupchopped bell peppers or mushrooms
¼teaspoonItalian seasoning
Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
Grated Parmesan and garlic powderoptional garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce down the center. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup mozzarella, your choice of mini pepperoni or sausage, vegetables, and a pinch of Italian seasoning, keeping toppings centered.
Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito, placing it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Lightly brush each wrap with olive oil or melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Parmesan if desired. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, watching closely in the last few minutes.
Let the wraps cool for 3–5 minutes before slicing or serving whole. Serve with extra pizza sauce, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
