Ingredients
½cupbrewed chamomile teacooled
1large ripe banana
1tbsphoney
½cupmilkor preferred milk alternative
Ice cubesoptional
Dried chamomile leavesoptional, for garnish
Instructions
Brew ½ cup chamomile tea and let it cool completely. If needed, chill it briefly to speed things up.
Peel the banana and slice it into chunks for easier blending.
Add the cooled tea, banana, honey, milk, and ice (if using) to a blender. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. The texture should be silky, not thin.
If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk. If too thin, blend in a bit more banana or ice.
Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey if needed.
Pour into a glass, garnish if desired, and serve right away for the best texture and flavor.
