½cupcream cheesesoftened
1package3.4 oz banana pudding mix, dry
2tbspmilk
1tspvanilla extract

2cupswhite chocolate chips or candy melts
Pastel food coloring
For Decoration (Optional)
Crushed vanilla wafers
Easter sprinkles
Colored chocolate drizzle
Instructions
Mix wafers, cream cheese, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla until a thick, pliable dough forms, adding milk 1 teaspoon at a time if dry.
Roll into 1 inch balls, place on parchment, and chill 30–45 minutes until firm.
Melt white chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth, and tint if desired.
Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then return to parchment.
Decorate with crushed wafers, sprinkles, or drizzled chocolate while coating is wet.
Let set at room temperature or chill 15–20 minutes, then serve or package.
