Bundt Pan Nachos
Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun twist on a classic appetizer, baked in layers of chips, cheese, and taco-seasoned beef inside a bundt pan for a melty, shareable dish.

Ingredients

Colby jack cheese

bag tortilla chips
about ⅔ of the bag
Optional garnish: sour cream
diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a skillet, cook beef, onion, salt, and pepper until browned, then stir in water and taco seasoning until liquid evaporates.
Layer half the cheese, half the beef, and ⅓ of the chips in the pan, then repeat with remaining cheese, beef, and chips, keeping layers light.
Bake for 10 minutes, invert onto a plate, and fix any cheese that sticks. Garnish with sour cream, tomatoes, and cilantro, and serve warm.
