1box brownie mixplus ingredients the box calls for, usually eggs, oil, and water
4ozcream cheesesoftened
⅓cupgranulated sugar
1large egg yolk
½tspvanilla extract
Orange food coloring
Candy cornfor topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×9-inch pan. Prepare the brownie batter as directed on the box and spread it evenly in the pan.
In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in a few drops of orange food coloring until vibrant.
Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter, then drag a toothpick or knife through to create swirls without over-mixing.
Bake for 25–30 minutes at 350°F, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
While still warm, gently press candy corn on top. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
