Ingredients
2lbsground beef80 to 85 percent lean
1bag shoestring French fries
1can cream of mushroom soup
1can cheddar cheese soup
1medium yellow oniondiced
2clovesgarlicminced
2cupscheddar cheeseshredded
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Burger Sauce
½cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsketchup
1tablespoonmustard
1tablespoonpickle juice
1tablespoondehydrated onions
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Cook ground beef and onion over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes until browned and soft.
Add garlic and seasonings, then cook briefly until fragrant.
Drain excess grease and stir in both soups until creamy.
Cook fries until extra crisp according to package instructions.
Spread beef mixture in dish, top with fries and shredded cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, onions, and pepper into sauce.
Drizzle sauce over casserole, rest briefly, then serve.
