1lbbreakfast sausagemild or spicy
2cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
1can10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, well drained
1½cupsBisquick baking mix
½tspgarlic powderoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix sausage, cheddar, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and garlic powder by hand until well combined.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place evenly on the prepared sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
