Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites
Creamy strawberry yogurt clusters packed with fresh fruit, dipped in rich dark chocolate, and sprinkled with sea salt for a refreshing frozen treat.

Ingredients

fresh diced strawberries

cup
strawberry Greek yogurt
12
ounces
dark chocolate chips
1
teaspoon
coconut oil
optional, for smoother melting
Sea salt
optional, for finishing
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix diced strawberries with strawberry Greek yogurt until evenly coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to form 8 clusters.
Freeze until solid, about 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool 3–5 minutes.
Dip frozen yogurt bites in melted chocolate and return to the sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then let chocolate harden at room temperature or freeze to set faster.
Enjoy once the chocolate shell is firm.
