For the Biscuit Bites
1small roll of canned biscuits6–8 biscuits, store-brand works fine
¼cupsugarhalf white, half brown for balance
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1–2tablespoonsbutterunsalted or salted, depending on preference
For the Icing
¼cuppowdered sugar
1–2teaspoonsmilkstart with 1 and add more if needed
⅛teaspoonvanilla extractoptional, but adds flavor depth
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt 1–2 tbsp butter in a 6×9 pan while preheating.
Quarter biscuits, then toss in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Arrange coated pieces in buttered pan. Bake 15 minutes until golden and puffed.
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Adjust consistency if needed.
Cool bites 2 minutes, drizzle with icing, and enjoy warm.
