2cans pinto beansdrained and rinsed
1cupchicken stock
1tablespoonolive oil
1medium yellow onionfinely chopped
3clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoonchili powder

1teaspoonsea salt
1cupshredded cheddar cheesedivided
1cupshredded monterrey jack cheesedivided

Instructions
