Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies
Moist, fudgy brownies made with cottage cheese for added protein. A healthier twist on a classic dessert, perfect for guilt-free snacking.

Ingredients

cottage cheese
low-fat or fat-free
½
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
¼
cup
honey or a sugar substitute
like Stevia to taste
¼
cup
unsweetened applesauce
2
large eggs
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
teaspoon
baking powder
A pinch of salt
Optional: chocolate chips or nuts for added texture
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, blend cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or sugar substitute), applesauce, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then cut into squares.
