Ingredients
4bonelessskinless chicken breasts
18-ounce package cream cheese, softened
½cupshredded cheddar cheese
¼cupchopped green onions
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonpaprika
6slicescooked baconcrumbled
2cupscrushed nacho cheese Doritos
2tablespoonsolive oil
Salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
Cut a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast and fill evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
Brush the chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then coat the tops with crushed Doritos, pressing gently. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over each piece.
Place the chicken in the prepared dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through (165°F/74°C) and the topping is golden and crisp.
Let rest for 3–4 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions if desired.
