Banana Pudding Easter Truffles are no bake bite sized treats made with vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, cream cheese, and coated in white chocolate with festive Easter decorations.

Ingredients
For the Filling
2cupscrushed vanilla wafers
½cupcream cheesesoftened
1package3.4 oz banana pudding mix, dry
2tbspmilk
1tspvanilla extract
For the Coating
2cupswhite chocolate chips or candy melts
Pastel food coloring
For Decoration (Optional)
Crushed vanilla wafers
Easter sprinkles
Colored chocolate drizzle
Mix crushed vanilla waferscream cheese, banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
Roll into 1-inch ballsplace on parchment-lined tray, and chill 30–45 minutes.
Melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth; add food coloring if desired.
Dip chilled truffles in chocolatelet excess drip, and place on parchment.
Decorate with crushed waferssprinkles, or chocolate drizzle.
Let set 15–20 minutes at room temp or in fridge before serving
