Ingredients
2hollow chocolate eggs 3.5 oz or 100 g each
¾cupgraham cracker or digestive biscuits crumbs
2tbspmelted butter
1½cupsfull fat cream cheese softened
½cuppowdered sugar
¾cupheavy whipping cream
1tspvanilla extract
Melted chocolate for topping
Mini chocolate eggs for garnish
Instructions
Carefully split the chocolate eggs using a warm knife.
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until sandy.
Press the base into egg halves and chill 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; fold in whipped cream.
