1package cream cheese softened 8 ounces 227 grams
12ounceswhite chocolate chips or candy melts 340 grams

Food coloring pink blue yellow or preferred spring shades

Instructions
Pulse Oreo cookies with filling in a food processor until very fine and sandy, with no large pieces.
Transfer crumbs to a bowl, add softened cream cheese, and mix until smooth and easy to shape.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon, roll gently into an egg shape, and place on a parchment lined tray.
Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes until firm for easier dipping.
Melt white chocolate or candy melts in short intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Add food coloring a drop at a time, mixing well to reach desired shades.
Dip each chilled Oreo egg into the chocolate, let excess drip off, then return to the tray.
Decorate while coating is still wet and let set at room temperature or in the fridge.
