Ingredients
1pre made 9 inch graham cracker crust
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
½cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2small boxes Jello3 ounces each, assorted flavors
1cupboiling waterper Jello layer
1cupcold waterper Jello layer
8ounceswhipped toppingthawed
Optional Easter candies or sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese until completely smooth and lump free.
Mix in granulated sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy, scraping down the bowl as needed.
Dissolve one box of Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until fully clear.
Stir in 1 cup cold water to cool the Jello mixture.
Pour half of the Jello into the crust and chill 30 to 45 minutes until slightly set.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the partially set Jello layer.
Chill again for 30 to 45 minutes until the cream cheese layer firms up.
Prepare the second box of Jello the same way with boiling and cold water.
Slowly pour the second Jello layer over the chilled cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
Top with whipped topping, decorate if desired, slice, and serve chilled.
