Ingredients
1pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust
8ozcream cheesesoftened
½cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupboiling water
1cupcold water
2small boxes Jello3 oz each, assorted colors
8ozwhipped toppingthawed
Optional Easter candies or sprinkles
Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and lump free.
Gradually mix in sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Dissolve one box of Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until fully smooth.
Stir in 1 cup cold water to cool the Jello mixture.
Pour half of the Jello evenly into the graham cracker crust.
Chill 30 to 45 minutes until partially set and slightly jiggly.
Gently spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Jello layer.
Chill another 30 to 45 minutes until the cream layer is firm.
Prepare the second Jello layer the same way and let it cool slightly.
Slowly pour the second Jello over the cream cheese layer without disturbing it.
Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
Top with whipped topping and decorate with Easter candies or sprinkles before serving.
