8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1cupsour cream
½cuppowdered sugar
1cuppineapple chunkswell drained
1cupmandarin orangeswell drained
½cupmaraschino cherriesdrained and finely chopped
½cupbright pink candy melts
2tablespoonsspring themed sprinkles
Assorted cookies or fresh fruitfor dipping
Instructions
Drain pineapple, mandarin oranges, and maraschino cherries thoroughly to remove excess juice.
Mash pineapple and cherries into small pieces, then drain again.
Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Blend with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Add mashed pineapple and cherries to the cream mixture.
Mix gently on low speed until evenly incorporated.
Fold in mandarin oranges carefully to keep their shape.
Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes while preparing candy melts.
Melt pink candy melts in short microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
Stir melted candy into the chilled dip until fully combined.
Return to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
Top with spring themed sprinkles and serve chilled with cookies or fruit.
