Ingredients
4bonelessskinless chicken breasts
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1tablespoonolive oil
1cupsour cream
½cupmayonnaise
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
1cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
Optional ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F, grease dish, pound chicken to 1 inch, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Sear chicken in olive oil over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until lightly golden (optional).
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan until smooth.
Place chicken in dish, spread mixture evenly on top, and add extra cheese if desired.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until 165°F inside, then broil 2 to 3 minutes for a golden top.
Rest 5 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
