Ingredients

For the whipped cream mixture

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cake layers

  • 1 package 14.3 oz Oreo cookies
  • ¼ cup sprinkles
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Funfetti cake mix
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add Funfetti cake mix and milk, and mix until velvety.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently to keep it fluffy.
  • Spread a thin swipe of cream in a 9×13 pan to prevent sticking.
  • Lay Oreos in a single layer on top without pressing.
  • Spread another layer of cream mixture over the cookies.
  • Continue alternating layers of cream and Oreos, finishing with cream.
  • Add plenty of sprinkles on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until cookies soften and slice cleanly.
