For the whipped cream mixture
2cupsheavy cream
¼cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
For the cake layers
1package14.3 oz Oreo cookies
¼cupsprinkles
1package8 oz cream cheese, softened
½cupFunfetti cake mix
¼cupmilk
Instructions
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add Funfetti cake mix and milk, and mix until velvety.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently to keep it fluffy.
Spread a thin swipe of cream in a 9×13 pan to prevent sticking.
Lay Oreos in a single layer on top without pressing.
Spread another layer of cream mixture over the cookies.
Continue alternating layers of cream and Oreos, finishing with cream.
Add plenty of sprinkles on top.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until cookies soften and slice cleanly.
