Ingredients
1pizza doughstore-bought or homemade
1cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
1cuppepperoni slices
1cupmarinara sauce
1tspItalian seasoning
1pinchsalt
1tbspolive oil
Instructions
Flour surface and roll pizza dough into a ¼-inch rectangle.
Spread marinara, sprinkle seasoning and salt, then top with cheese and pepperoni.
Roll into a log and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Set to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly coat rolls with olive oil.
Arrange in basket, cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Cool slightly and serve with marinara for dipping.
