1cupwhole milk
3large eggs
¼cupgranulated sugar
2tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
2tbspunsalted butterfor greasing the pan

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and brush melted butter over the muffin tin for a non-stick surface.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl until well combined to prevent clumps.
In another bowl, whisk milk and eggs until frothy, adding air for a light texture.
Gently stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until smooth. If the batter is too thick, add a splash of milk.
Spoon batter into each muffin cup, filling about two-thirds full, and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden, puffed, and slightly crisp on top.
Cool on a rack for a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
