12wonton wrappers
1lb450 g skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1tbspteriyaki sauce
1tspsoy sauce
1tspsesame oil
1clovegarlicminced (or 1 tsp jarred garlic)
1tspfresh gingergrated (or 1 tsp ginger powder)
2cupsstore-bought coleslaw mix
2green onionschopped
1tspsesame oilfor slaw dressing
1tbsprice vinegar
1tspsoy saucefor slaw dressing
1tsphoney
Sweet chili saucefor drizzling
1tspsesame seedsfor garnish
2tbspfresh cilantrochopped
Olive oil or nonstick sprayfor cooking and baking
Instructions
Marinate chicken in teriyaki mixture for 1 hour.
Bake wonton wrappers over a muffin tin at 375°F (190°C) until crisp.
