6sheets frozen filo pastrythawed
50gbuttermelted
250gbriecut into long slices
275gcranberry sauce
¼cupflaked almonds
1tablespoonblack sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C 350°F and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Lay filo sheets flat, cut into 36 squares, and keep unused pastry covered with a damp towel.
Brush one filo square with butter, add a slice of brie, 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce, and 1 teaspoon almonds, then roll and pinch both ends.
Place crackers on trays, brush with remaining butter, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning trays halfway, until crisp and golden.
