Instructions
Pour 3 inches of vegetable oil into a deep pot and heat to 350°F (177°C).
Whisk pancake mix, egg, milk, and a drizzle of oil in a bowl until smooth.
Dip each marshmallow in the batter and shake off excess.
Carefully fry marshmallows in hot oil for 30–60 seconds, turning until golden and crispy.
Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, then top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles.
