Ingredients
1poundchicken thighs
1cupbuttermilk
1cupall purpose flour
2tablespoonscayenne pepper
1tablespoonpaprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Slider buns
Dill pickle slices
½cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsdill pickle juice
Instructions
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
Mix flour with spices until combined.
Heat oil to 350°F.
Coat chicken in seasoned flour.
Fry until golden and cooked to 165°F.
Mix mayonnaise with pickle juice.
