12egg roll wrappers

Instructions
Cook ground beef over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until browned, drain grease, and season with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
Mix cooked beef with cheddar cheese, green onions, and shredded carrots until evenly combined.
Place filling in egg roll wrappers, fold bottom up, tuck sides, roll tightly, and seal with water.
Fry in 350°F oil for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp, then drain on paper towels.
