Carrot Patch Dirt Cups are a fun, no-bake Easter dessert made with creamy chocolate pudding, crushed Oreos, and whimsical white chocolate-covered strawberry “carrots.”

Ingredients
1package chocolate instant pudding mix
2cupsmilk
1package Oreo cookiescrushed
1cupwhipped creamoptional for topping
White chocolate covered strawberriesfor decoration
Fresh mint leavesfor garnish, optional
Instructions
Make the pudding by whisking the mix with 2 cups of cold milk until thick, then let rest for 5 minutes.
Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin and bag.
Layer pudding and cookie crumbs in clear cups, ending with Oreo crumbs on top.
Dip strawberries in orange-colored white chocolate, let set, then place on top with mint leaves and optional whipped cream.
Chill the assembled cups in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
