Ingredients
1pre-made chocolate pie crust
¼cuphot water
1tablespooninstant espresso powder
13.4-ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
½cupIrish cream liqueur
1½cupsmilk
8ounceswhipped topping
¼cupchocolate shavings or cocoa powder
Instructions
Dissolve espresso powder in ¼ cup hot water and let it cool.
Whisk pudding mix, milk, Irish cream, and cooled espresso for 2 minutes until thick.
Fold in two-thirds of the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
Pour into the chocolate crust, smooth the top, and spread remaining whipped topping.
Chill for 4 hours or overnight, then garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa before serving.
