Ingredients
For the Dough

unsalted butter
softened

creamy peanut butter

sugar

large eggs
room temperature

pure vanilla extract

flour

For the Filling

strawberry jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment.
Cream 1 cup butter, 2 cups peanut butter, and 1½ cups sugar until light and fluffy.
Add 2 eggs one at a time, then stir in 1 tsp vanilla.
Whisk 3 cups flour with 1 tsp baking powder; fold into wet mixture until thick.
Press 2/3 of dough evenly into prepared pan for the base.
Spread 2 cups strawberry jam over the base, leaving a small border.
Crumble remaining dough over the jam as a top layer.
Bake 30–35 minutes until lightly golden on top.
Cool completely, lift out with parchment, and cut into bars.
