- 1 batch Sparkle Sweetheart Cookies by Sally’s Baking Addiction
For rolling the cookies
- Dark green sanding sugar India Tree Emerald City Green Sparkling Sugar
- Light green sanding sugar Wilton Light Green Sugar Sprinkles
- Gold sanding sugar Wilton Gold Pearlized Sugar Sprinkles
For the chocolate clovers
- Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Melt chocolate wafers until smooth and glossy.
- Transfer to piping or ziplock bag, snip corner, and fill clover mold cavities.
- Tap mold gently to remove air bubbles, then let chocolate set at room temperature.
- Once firm, carefully remove chocolate clovers and set aside.
- Prepare and bake Sparkle Sweetheart Cookies, rolling in green and gold sanding sugar.
- While cookies are warm, place one chocolate clover on each.
- Chill cookies immediately to set the chocolate without melting.
- Cool completely, then serve or package.
