36Oreo cookies
8ozcream cheese softened
12ozchocolate coating or candy melts
½cupcolorful sprinkles or shredded coconut
Instructions
Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with softened cream cheese until smooth. Chill briefly if too soft.
Shape the mixture into small egg shaped ovals and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Melt the chocolate coating until smooth and glossy.
Dip each egg into the chocolate, remove excess, and add decorations while wet.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the coating is fully set.
