Ingredients
2cupsheavy whipping creamwhipped to stiff peaks
8ozcream cheesesoftened
20ozcrushed pineapplevery well drained
15ozmandarin orangeswell drained
2cupsfruit flavored mini marshmallows
1box vanilla wafers for serving
Optional Easter candies or extra marshmallows
Instructions
Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Mix in softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gently fold in crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Garnish as desired and serve chilled with vanilla wafers.
