Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken breasts

¼teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonolive oil
¾cupcrumbled feta cheese
¼cuphoney
2teaspoonshot sauce
1teaspoonred pepper flakes optional
2clovesgarlic minced
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
Fresh parsley or oregano for garnish optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F 200°C so it is ready for baking.
Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in an oven safe skillet over medium high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden but not fully cooked.
Whisk honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes if using, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
Remove the skillet from heat and spoon the hot honey sauce evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake 10–12 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F 74°C.
Garnish with parsley or oregano if desired and serve hot with the pan juices.
