- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 4 to 6 ounces white chocolate chips optional
- 2 to 3 tablespoons crushed peppermints or candy canes
- Assorted holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Pulse Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll into small balls and freeze 15 to 20 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate in short intervals, stirring often.
- Dip chilled truffles into chocolate and tap off excess.
