Ingredients
1box white cake mix
2large eggs
⅓cupoil
Kelly green gel food coloring
½cupgranulated sugar
½cuppowdered sugar
Instructions
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Add green gel food coloring gradually, mixing until the dough is evenly colored.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to firm it up.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll tablespoon sized dough balls first in granulated sugar, then in powdered sugar.
Place on the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart, and bake for 9 to 12 minutes until edges are set.
Let cookies rest 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
