1 ½poundsground beef80/20
2tablespoonsminced garlic
2teaspoonssesame oil
½cupketchup
½cuphoisin sauce
½cupwater
2tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
1tablespoonrice wine vinegar
1teaspoonsriracha
2green onionssliced
8sweet Hawaiian slider buns
1cupbroccoli slaw
1tablespoonpeanutschopped
Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5–6 minutes until browned.
Add garlic and sesame oil, stir 1 minute, then mix in ketchup, hoisin, water, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha.
Simmer 5–6 minutes until thickened and well coated.
Toast slider buns until golden.
Assemble with beef, broccoli slaw, green onions, peanuts, and top buns. Serve right away.
