16ouncescream cheesesoftened
4slicescooked baconcrumbled
½teaspoongarlic salt
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
2cupsfinely shredded mild cheddar cheesedivided
1bunch fresh parsley
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, bacon, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup cheddar until smooth.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Shape mixture into a carrot form on parchment.
Press remaining cheddar onto the surface.
Insert parsley stems at the wide end.
Chill until serving and serve with crackers or vegetables.
