14.3ouncesGolden Oreo cookiescrushed into crumbs
8ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
10ounceswhite candy coating
1ouncewhite candy coating per colorfor decorating
Gel icing colorsassorted
Instructions
Crush Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.
Mix cookie crumbs with room temperature cream cheese until smooth and cohesive.
Shape about 1½ tablespoons of mixture into egg shapes and place on parchment paper.
Refrigerate the shaped eggs for about 1 hour to firm.
Melt white candy coating according to package directions until smooth.
Dip each chilled egg into the melted coating using a toothpick, shake off excess, and place back on parchment.
Fill the toothpick hole with a small dab of melted coating.
Let the coated eggs set completely at room temperature.
Melt small portions of white candy coating and tint with gel food coloring.
Drizzle or pipe colored coating over the eggs and allow decorations to set fully.
