Festive Frosted Easter Brownies
Frosted Easter Brownies are chocolate brownies topped with colorful frosting and festive candy decorations shaped like bunnies and carrots. They are rich, cheerful, and ideal for Easter dessert displays.

boxes brownie mix
or 1 double batch homemade brownies

white candy melts

ounces
pink candy melts

ounces
green candy melts

tablespoons
coconut oil

bottle edible silver glitter spray

white frosting
A few drops orange food coloring
2 to 3

Frosting tips including 1M and 2D
Instructions
Preheat the oven per brownie mix instructions and spray a 9 inch spring form pan well.
Prepare brownie batter from both boxes and spread evenly in the pan.
Bake until set and a toothpick comes out clean, then cool completely.
Melt white, pink, and green candy melts separately with a little coconut oil.
Pipe white bunny ears onto wax paper, fill centers with pink, let harden, and spray lightly with edible glitter.
Pipe green candy melts into carrot leaf shapes and let harden.
Remove cooled brownies from the pan and cut into 8 even triangles.
Tint white frosting with orange food coloring and transfer frostings to piping bags.
Decorate bunny brownies with white frosting and candy ears, carrot brownies with orange frosting and green leaves.
Arrange on a platter and serve at room temperature.
