Festive Green Shamrock Pretzels
Green Shamrock Pretzels are festive no-bake treats made with pretzel twists and sticks, coated in green candy melts and drizzled with white chocolate. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day parties, school events, or snack bags.

Ingredients
- 1 bag about 10 oz mini pretzel twists
- 1 bag 10 oz green candy melts (or white chocolate chips + oil-based green food coloring)
- ½ cup 90g white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- 1 –2 teaspoons coconut oil or shortening optional, for thinning chocolate
- 1 bag about 3 oz pretzel sticks
- Sprinkles or edible glitter optional, for decoration
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet and sort pretzels, removing broken ones.
- Melt green candy in 30-second bursts, stir until smooth, add oil if thick.
- Arrange 3 pretzel twists in a shamrock shape, dab candy in center, add a stick for stem.
- Drizzle or dip with green candy, add sprinkles while wet.
- Let set 20–30 minutes. Melt white chocolate, add oil if needed.
- Drizzle white chocolate over shamrocks, decorate as desired.
- Let firm completely, then remove and serve or package.
