Oreo Crust
36Oreo cookiesfinely crushed
½cupunsalted buttermelted
Chocolate Cheesecake Layer
½cupunsalted buttersoftened
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2packets milk chocolate hot cocoa mix
1tablespooncocoa powder
1¼cupsCool Whip or whipped cream
Mint Layer
3boxes3.4 oz each vanilla instant pudding mix
3cupscold milk
1teaspoonmint extract
Green food coloring
3½cupsCool Whip or whipped cream
Topping
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries
Green sprinkles
Instructions
Crush Oreos, mix with melted butter, press into a 9×13 dish, and chill.
Beat butter and cream cheese, mix in sugar, vanilla, cocoa mix, and cocoa powder. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Whisk pudding with cold milk, fold in Cool Whip, mint extract, and green coloring. Spread evenly.
Chill at least 4 hours, then top with whipped cream, cherries, and sprinkles before slicing.
