Ingredients
12ozdark chocolatechopped
1tsppeppermint extract
Green food coloring
¼cupmint candiescrushed
¼cupwhite chocolatechopped
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring until fully blended.
Spread chocolate onto the sheet and sprinkle crushed mint candies on top.
Melt white chocolate separately and drizzle over the bark.
Chill for 30 minutes until set, then break into pieces or slice to serve.
