Dough:
1package croissant dough
Cheese:
6ouncesmozzarella cheeseshredded
Meat:
3ouncespepperoni slices
Seasoned Butter:
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoondried oregano
¼teaspoondried basil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
Unroll croissant dough and cut into individual triangles.
Place mozzarella in a bowl. Halve pepperoni slices.
Melt butter, stir in garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
Coat each triangle with seasoned butter.
Place pepperoni at the wide end, top with 1 heaping tbsp mozzarella.
Roll from wide end to tip, sealing in filling.
Place on sheet, leaving space. Brush tops with remaining butter.
