Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 8 ounces cooked ham thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 large egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and parsley until smooth.
  • Roll puff pastry into a 12 by 12 inch square.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a small border.
  • Layer ham and sprinkle cheddar evenly over the top.
  • Roll pastry tightly into a log.
  • Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
  • Wrap logs and chill for 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Slice logs into ½ inch pinwheels.
  • Arrange on baking sheet and brush with egg.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly and serve.
