Ingredients
½tablespoonolive oil
1onionfinely chopped
1poundground turkey
2garlic clovesfinely minced
1red bell pepperfinely chopped
4scallionsgreen and white parts
2teaspoonssesame seedsfor serving
½cupcilantro leavesroughly chopped
Sriracha and limeoptional
Sauce
⅓cupreduced salt soy sauce
2tablespoonsrice wine
½tablespoonfish sauce
½tablespooncornstarch
Instructions
Combine the soy sauce, rice wine, fish sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
Add the chopped onion and cook briefly until softened.
Add the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks, then add garlic and bell pepper and cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
Stir the sauce and pour it into the skillet, coating everything and letting it thicken into a glossy finish.
Turn off the heat and mix in most of the scallions.
Serve over rice or cauliflower rice and garnish with the remaining scallions, sesame seeds, cilantro, sriracha, and lime.
