1large onionthinly sliced

1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonsoy sauce
1teaspoondried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
4hamburger buns
1cupshredded Swiss cheese
Fresh parsleychopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until soft, golden, and fragrant.
Stir in minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook 7–8 minutes, breaking it apart, until fully browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.
Toast buns on a baking sheet in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
Scoop beef mixture onto bottom halves of buns, top with shredded Swiss cheese, and cover with top halves.
